Weekend Update 2014 week 44-45

I posted a "catch all" to the question. In general if they make the request in advance of placing the order we can try most colors. It is set up that way so we have time to make it, add it to the inventory for them, and e-mail them back when it is ready. This way once the order is placed it still ships within one or two business days. Same applies to requests for large quantities of any single item. We typically only have 3-5 copies in stock at a given time, but can accommodate army building with the same process.

I'm still working on several other things as well.......but the forum seems to be broken, so I will be working on that issue first. I lost several buttons, particularly the reply in messages, edit in threads, and start new thread........*sigh* ....if it's not one thing it's another .

Okay, what the heck are these?

I don't know if those were broken off a larger axe, or even meant to be a pair. I had the original piece and an extra so I listed them as a pair. They essentially are large blades that can be used to make an axe, can be mounted on a vehicle bumper (Mad Max style), popped on the bottom of a rifle, etc.
Jose may know what the original intent/piece is, but I liked them as base components and just listed them as is.

I found the core problem with missing buttons and site issues!  Working on a fix, will take a few days to sort it out.  If you have time Ian, I could use an assist to speed it along.  I test fixed the edit button in the threads, so we all should have that back.  I'll do new threads and reply next.

This is a code good till 12/31/2014 for 10% off the subtotal.  It will work with the sale items listed in the store, so can be stacked for savings that way.  For right now, the code cannot be used with other codes.  I will try and work on it later to allow some of the codes to stack together.  This stacking feature can cause things to get problematic if too much is bundled together.  I don't want the store credit to stop working with the free shipping, and that is very possible it will unravel if I tamper too much with it.

It's your call, I'd ask MSWI his thoughts. Both scenarios have their advantages, but I usually lean towards making things easier for the customer.

its a lot of work to link directly to each sale item but i agree its easier for them to just click a link to the sale item. but i also think if you list the items and make them actually search the page to find them, they might stumble across something else they want in the process.  i really dont know what the best course is here. i did cut and paste the list into the FB post last night. hope i wasn't stepping on any toes. but ultimately whatever you guys figure im down with.
